The Aircraft Interdiction course is a course that H3 was instructing before "September 11th," but now this course has taken on an even greater importance in the wake of recent events: terrorism and "air rage" incidents.
This course is available in various training packages depending on your unit's or department's specific needs, aircraft types and mission profile. The training includes basic hostage rescue techniques, subduing combative subjects in air-rage incidents, tactical command and control for aircraft incidents (command post operations, intelligence gathering, aircraft operations), air marshal tactics, and more.
In addition to information-packed classroom time, the majority of the course involves hands-on, learn-by-doing exercises and drills and plenty of realistic scenario training.
In this course you will be taught:
Your Instructors are from major metropolitan agencies, the US Marine Corps SOGT & Force Reconnaissance instructors, US Air Marshals, US Navy SpecOps and DHS Instructors.
This, like all H3 courses, can be tailor made to best benefit your unit or department. You tell us what would be most beneficial and we will make it happen.
Note: Host agency is responsible for the training facility and aircraft.
